How long until I get my goodies?

Accepted Answer

Once you have chosen your Well Worn Pages Book Box or in stock items, the Book Fae receive your order notification.  If you have completed our questionnaire, it will be carefully reviewed to begin the process of curating your bundle of magic.  If you have yet to complete the questionnaire, a reminder will be sent via email to complete this step.  Our Book Fae require 5-7 business days to curate the perfect choices for you, ensuring we avoid double up's or book disappointments.  Our Book Fae ship our bundles of magic once a week, if you have not received shipping notifications within 7 business days please reach out and we can provide further information.

Well Worn Pages works hard to ensure that you are receiving a bundle of magic that acknowledges the true and accurate cost of curating and delivering individualised 2nd hand book subscriptions and bookish trinkets and treasures.  Pricing reflects the books, items, packing and postage materials, expertise and time that is provided by Well Worn Pages and our collaborating artists.

Any price adjustments will be provided in advance to ensure clarity and we appreciate your support and understanding.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

Well Worn Pages undertakes every effort to ensure your bundle of magic is just what you are looking for OR MORE!  But sometimes things go awry.

Damaged Items:  If you receive items that are damaged, our Book Fae will replace it free of charge.  You must make contact with us within 7 business days with photos of the damaged item.

Double Up's or Mismatched Preferences:  If you receive a book that is a double up or doesn't match your preferences, our Book Fae are happy to offer exchanges provided:
The book is returned in the same condition it was received
Customer covers the return shipping cost.  Once received, our Book Fae will review the return and quickly identify a suitable replacement.

Non-Returnable items:  At times there will be items that are deemed not eligible for return or exchange due to the nature of their curation or availability.  This includes:
Second Chapter Surprise
The Book Rescue Box
These items are still eligible for refund/replacement if they have been lost by our Delivery Fae or damaged in their travels (contact within 7 business days and photos are required).
